Michael Blank is a negotiation expert and executive manager, with over 15 years experience launching new businesses, scaling operations and negotiating complex deals. Professor Blank is currently COO for Residently, a digital rental platform backed by Felix Capital and Local Globe. Prior to Residently, Professor Blank held senior operations roles for VC-backed companies, Maisonette and Munchery. Professor Blank previously worked at Insight Partners, a conflict management consulting firm based in Boston. At Insight, Professor Blank provided negotiation training and consulting services and executive coaching to senior finance professionals around the globe. Professor Blank has also held positions as Faculty Associate at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, teaching courses on Mediation and Participatory Processes. Professor Blank began his career as a financial analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bear Stearns, & Co., Inc. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
