Michael Blank is a negotiation expert and executive, with over 20 years experience launching new businesses, scaling operations and negotiating complex deals. Professor Blank is currently Chief Operating Officer for Intrinsic, a women’s health consumer products company with over $130 million in financing. Prior to Intrinsic, Professor Blank launched a new business and ran operations for a variety of VC-backed companies, including Residently, Maisonette and Munchery. Professor Blank previously worked at Insight Partners, a conflict management consulting firm based in Boston. At Insight, Professor Blank provided negotiation training and consulting services and executive coaching to senior finance professionals around the globe. Professor Blank has also held positions as Faculty Associate at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, teaching courses on Mediation and Participatory Processes. Professor Blank holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
