Professor Rosenthal is the chair of the Transportation Practice Group and a member of the litigation and antitrust practice groups at Covington & Burling. He joined the firm following his clerkship with Chief Judge Stephen G. Breyer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Professor Rosenthal was an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review.
