Neeraj Gupta has been a federal prosecutor at the Department of Justice since 2014. He is a Trial Attorney in the National Security Division’s Cyber Section, which works on investigating and disrupting computer hacking by foreign governments. He was previously an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Austin, Texas and Lexington, Kentucky, where he prosecuted white collar fraud and cybercrime. Before DOJ, he worked for four years as a litigation associate at a law firm, and for one year as a federal appellate clerk. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 2009. He previously graduated from the University of Oxford (MA) and Harvard College (BA).
