Professor Browne is a Senior Vice President in Marsh’s transactional risk practice, where he focuses on creating tax insurance solutions in the merger and acquisitions marketplace, working with major multinational corporations and private equity clients on a wide range of U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign income tax matters. He is also the co-author of a Bloomberg BNA portfolio that addresses certain tax treaty benefits provided by a country to its own residents and citizens.
