Robert Kelner chairs the Election & Political Law Practice at Covington & Burling LLP. He advises corporate clients and others on campaign finance law, government ethics rules, and lobbying compliance. He also leads the firm’s congressional investigations practice. He is the firm’s general counsel for legal ethics and chairs the firm’s Professional Responsibility Committee.
