Sara Kaiser Creighton is an Associate Professor of Law, Legal Practice. Most recently, Professor Creighton served as the Deputy Chief Counsel at American Oversight, a non-profit organization focused on government transparency and accountability. Before that, she worked as a litigator at Williams & Connolly LLP, where she specialized in complex civil litigation, including pharmaceutical patent litigation and other matters. Professor Creighton clerked for Chief Judge Sharon Prost of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Professor Creighton received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2010, and a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University.
