Professor Latcovich clerked for Judge Thomas Griffith on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and then joined Williams & Connolly in 2007. Professor Latcovich’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation. He has also represented clients in connection with investigations conducted by numerous government agencies, including state and federal prosecutors. Professor Latcovich is a co-author of Federal Criminal Discovery, the leading legal treatise on discovery in federal criminal cases.
