Professor Consedine is a partner of the international arbitration specialist firm Three Crowns LLP. He has significant experience in commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, having represented clients across a wide range of sectors.
Simon is a recognized expert in the field, having served as counsel in dozens of international arbitrations across the globe. He also co-authored the chapter โFair and Equitable Treatment: Legitimate Expectations and Transparencyโ in ICSIDโs 50th anniversary text Building International Investment Law: The First 50 Years of ICSID and frequently writes on topics related to the field of international arbitration.
Simon received his LLM from Columbia Law School, where he studied as a Fulbright scholar. Before that, he received an LLB with first-class honors and a BA with first-class honors from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. He speaks English and French, and is admitted to practice in Washington, DC, New York, and New Zealand.
