B.S. Electrical Engineering, Ohio State University; J.D., Temple University. Professor Chang has been an adjunct at GULC since 2007, and is a partner at Banner & Witcoff, Ltd., where he concentrates on all facets of patent practice, ranging from prosecution of patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, to presuit investigations, to trials before district courts, and to appeals before both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He has also handled patent infringement investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission.  He draws on this experience today, and spends much of his time assisting clients with patent prosecution, presuit patent investigations and associated activities.  Professor Chang has also given media interviews, conducted speaking engagements and authored articles on various issues in patent law, including several addressing patent ramifications on the video game industry.
