Professor Warren clerked for Judge Julia Smith Gibbons on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for Judge J. Frederick Motz on the federal district court in Maryland. He joined Williams & Connolly in 2016 and became a partner in 2022. Professor Warren’s practice focuses on complex criminal and civil litigation. He represents individuals, corporate clients, and professional firms in trials, arbitrations, and other litigation matters as well as in investigations by grand juries, federal agencies, state attorneys general, and the United States Congress.
