Justin Yoon Jo Park
Justin Yoon Jo Park was born in Seoul and experienced an international upbringing in South Korea, Hong Kong, and the United States. In 2018, he received a B.A. in International Political Economy from Colorado College, where he developed a passion for international trade and public-private partnership infrastructure projects.
Following graduation, Justin served in the Republic of Korea Army for three and a half years. During this time, he served as the international liaison officer at the South Korean procurement agency (Defense Acquisition Program Administration) and was involved in numerous procurement efforts, such as the ANASIS-II Military Satellite Communications Program, the F-35 Program, the KF-16 Upgrade Program, and the MH-60R Program. Following discharge from the military at the end of 2022 as a first lieutenant, Justin worked for Sparklabs Ignition Management LLC, where he assisted the post-investment portfolio management of a $25m Series A fund with a focus on the U.S. and Korean markets.
At Georgetown Law, Justin hopes to pursue his passion for international trade law, arbitration, and national security. In his spare time, Justin enjoys reading, hiking, and scuba diving.
