Supreme Court Mid-Term Preview

WASHINGTON – Georgetown Law’s Supreme Court Institute will host a preview discussion of the Supreme Court’s most important upcoming cases on Weds., Jan. 31.
WHAT
From the Maryland gerrymandering case, to the latest challenge to the latest travel ban, to a case that could determine the future of public unions, a panel of Supreme Court experts will discuss what’s on the docket and what’s at stake during the second half of the Supreme Court’s 2017 October Term. The event is co-sponsored by the Georgetown Law chapters of the American Constitution Society & The Federalist Society.
