This Term, SCI is launching a new version of a longstanding publication. Since the OT07, the Institute has published an annual Term Preview Report (linked below). Those reports consisted of a short Highlights section and summaries of every case in which the Court granted certiorari before taking its summer recess. Beginning with OT 26, our fall publication will focus exclusively on several of the most noteworthy cases to be argued in the upcoming term, providing both detailed summary and analysis of the questions presented. We hope our new publication will be a valuable resource for the upcoming Term.
