Jay is a third-year law student in the evening division at Georgetown Law and an intern for the Georgetown Institute for Technology Law and Policy.

Jay received his B.A. in East Asian History at Lafayette College. Prior to law school, Jay was an associate project manager at the mobile gaming company Tilting Point LLC where he worked on games and applications for mobile devices. He is currently a staff editor on the Georgetown Law Technology Review, where he authored a legal impression entitled “AI is Coming but the Rules Aren’t Ready,” concerning the challenges presented by potentially AI generated evidence with regards to the Federal Rules of Evidence.
