Group Fitness EXAM Schedule April 29 – May 12, 2024

There will be NO Group Fitness Classes May 13 – May 19.  Summer schedule begins May 20th.

Personal Training

We offer one-on-one Personal Training at the Fitness Center. Personal training is a great way to get in the best shape of your life. Your personal trainer will guide you every step of the way, ensure proper exercise technique and keep you on track to meet your fitness goals.
