Individualized Study LL.M.
Outstanding applicants who wish to pursue a program of study specifically tailored to their individual interests are encouraged to develop a proposal for an individualized Master of Laws degree. Georgetown's faculty and curriculum strengths in a broad array of fields make it possible for the Law Center to accept a few highly qualified graduate students each year for individualized study. It is also possible to combine course work from two or more of the graduate specializations (tax, securities, global health, and national security) for a tailored program of study.
The individualized LL.M. option is available only to applicants who have completed a J.D. in the U.S. All international students interested in a flexible program of study should apply to the General Studies LL.M. program.
