About me…
Over the past seventeen years I have enjoyed my career in the Fitness and Wellness profession and have served in various educational and managerial roles. I earned a Master degree in Disaster Medicine and Management from Philadelphia University (& Sports Admin degree at Georgia Southwestern University) with my undergraduate focus on health and exercise science. I have a strong passion for Fitness and Wellness Education including Group Exercise and Personal Training Programming. Over the years I have earned numerous national certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise from National Academy of Sports Medicine, ACE, Yoga Fit, and AFAA. Additionally I am a active advocate for the American Cancer Society and The Diabetes Association and have been involved with athletics, having coached basketball, soccer and led many sports camps.

Little know fact about me…
I am a “BIG TIME” Phillies fan!!! When at home I often spend time volunteering for the American Red Cross - as a disaster services responder and instructor - and I treasure Sunday dinners back home with my entire Bompensa family in Clayton, NJ.
