​Mike Sheerin represents clients in a broad range of antitrust transactional, litigation and advisory matters. His representations span a diverse range of industries, including technology, health care, life sciences, insurance, manufacturing, consumer goods, sports, entertainment and professional services. He routinely appears before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state antitrust authorities. Mike also represents clients in litigation matters, as well as civil and criminal government investigations. In addition, he advises on day-to-day business issues, including with respect to competitor collaborations and unilateral conduct.

In recognition of his work in antitrust and litigation, he has been repeatedly named one of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in America. Mike also is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School.

Mike received his BA from Tulane University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
