Background
Ingrid graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biology. During undergrad, Ingrid was the Student President of the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (KSWELI), an institute founded by Kendra Scott, founder and executive chairwoman of Kendra Scott LLC, with a $13.25 million endowment. In this role, Ingrid sat on the Board of Directors of KSWELI alongside all UT Austin college deans and worked with them to create campus-wide initiatives and curriculum to advance women in entrepreneurship and leadership. Further, she oversaw the Student Board and Council of over 200 women to foster connections and networking programs.
Ingrid also co-founded and co-hosted Founding Fearless, the official KSWELI podcast, where she interviewed trailblazing women business leaders and entrepreneurs to provide inspiration and advice to college-aged women interested in entrepreneurship. The podcast is now an integral part of KSWELI and continues to this day with new student hosts each year.
Following undergrad, Ingrid completed her Master of Science in Applied Digital Health at the University of Oxford. She completed her dissertation on Medical Artificial Intelligence (AI) Development & Evaluation: Mapping of Reporting Guidelines & Policy Regulation Implications. The dissertation also considered the broader implications for regulatory and policy alignment.
