Professor Pulice is a Litigation and Investigations Counsel at Medtronic, which is one of the largest medical technology companies in the world. At Medtronic, Professor Pulice handles internal investigations and general litigation. Prior to joining Medtronic, Professor Pulice was an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Maryland. As a federal prosecutor, Professor Pulice tried cases involving tax crimes, violent crimes, narcotics distribution, money laundering, securities fraud, wire fraud, and bank fraud. In addition, Professor Pulice coordinated with federal, state and local law enforcement as a member of the Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). Prior to joining the U.S. Attorneyโ€™s Office, Professor Pulice was a trial attorney in the Northern Criminal Enforcement Section at the Department of Justice’s Tax Division, where she tried numerous federal tax cases in the District of Columbia, the District of Maryland, and the District of Connecticut.

Professor Pulice earned her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School, where she was an executive editor of the International Law Review. Professor Pulice also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. Professor Pulice serves on the Board of Directors for Friendship Children’s Center, a non-profit early childhood education center in the District of Columbia.
