Sara Clingan Singh is a Visiting Associate Professor of Law, Legal Practice. Most recently, Sara was an Assistant Chief in the Washington Criminal Section of the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Before that, Sara was a Trial Attorney in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice, where she prosecuted a variety of crimes including wire fraud, health care fraud, and money laundering. Prior to federal service, Sara was a litigator with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, where she focused on white collar litigation and investigations, and had an active pro bono practice in immigration. Sara loves litigating, and has tried federal cases to verdict all over the United States.

Sara received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010 and her B.A. in Economics & Finance and Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she was a Eugene McDermott Scholar.
