Frederick E. (Rick) Jenney is a former Assistant General Counsel at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (now the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation).
For 25 years he was a Partner and Senior Counsel in, and now retired from, the Project Finance Group at the law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP in Washington, DC.
He is currently working as a consultant to law firms, government agencies, and private companies to provide skills training for transactional lawyers (i.e., not litigators).
In that context he has also been presenting programs to the Business Law Scholars program at GULC.
Rick has a BA from Yale University (1979), an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School (1983), and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law (1983).
