Acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin K. McAleenan to deliver keynote at Georgetown Law

WASHINGTON – Georgetown Law will host the 16th Annual Immigration Law and Policy Conference on Monday, Oct. 7.

WHAT

Over the course of one day, public officials, advocates, journalists and a range of immigration law and policy experts will discuss topics including 2020 immigration politics, prolific executive branch policymaking and the role of the courts, the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border, and root causes of the migration crisis in the hemisphere. Acting Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Kevin McAleenan will deliver a keynote address. The 16th Annual Immigration Law and Policy Conference is sponsored by the Migration Policy Institute, Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC), and Georgetown Law.
