Headshot of Matthew CoxMatthew Cox serves as Acting Executive Director of Georgetown Law Lifelong Learning, where he leads the development and delivery of Executive Education and Continuing Legal Education programs for legal and legal-adjacent leaders. He works closely with faculty, organizational partners, and industry experts to create innovative learning experiences that address emerging challenges and opportunities across sectors.

With more than a decade of experience in executive education and higher education administration, Matthew has designed and managed degree and non-degree programs for professionals at institutions including Georgetown University, Vanderbilt University, Auburn University, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His experience spans executive MBA programming, custom executive education, open-enrollment certificates, international residencies, and strategic partnership development.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing Education, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Administration of Higher Education, and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Adult Education from Auburn University, where he began his career in executive education. He is passionate about lifelong learning and creating opportunities that help professionals and organizations grow, adapt, and lead.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, playing guitar, and watching collegiate sports.
