Program Schedule 2025
Artificial Intelligence for Legal Leaders is a five-week, live online executive education program designed for experienced legal professionals navigating the opportunities, risks, and responsibilities of generative AI in law.
Led by Georgetown Law faculty Jonah Perlin and Daniel Wilf-Townsend, the program provides both a technical grounding in generative AI and a deep dive into the evolving legal, ethical, and practical considerations of its use in legal practice. Participants will explore how generative AI is reshaping legal research, writing, contract review, case management, discovery, and courtroom procedures while also confronting the regulatory, ethical, and governance challenges these tools present.
Through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and expert-led modules, participants will examine how generative AI is influencing judicial decision-making, court administration, and access to justice, and will leave with a clear framework for integrating AI tools responsibly and strategically into their organizations.
Contracts are the backbone of legal transactions, shaping the rights and obligations of parties across industries. This six-week online program, offered by Georgetown Law Executive Education, provides an overview of contracting principles with a deep dive into drafting techniques essential for professionals engaged in deal-making, contract negotiation, and risk management.
Through real-world scenarios and live-online class sessions with expert faculty, participants will gain the skills to analyze, structure, and draft contracts with precision. Whether you are a lawyer or a contracting professional, this program will enhance your ability to navigate complex contractual relationships effectively.
