National Security Law Scholars
Each year, a small number of students will be selected as Georgetown Law National Security Law Scholars, based on their academic and professional backgrounds and a demonstrated interest in the subject area. Designation as a Scholar signals a student’s strong potential in the field. Scholars will receive partial to full tuition scholarships for their LL.M. studies, and may extend their stay at Georgetown for an optional second year research fellowship.
To apply, indicate your interest in being considered for the scholarship on your LL.M. application form, and submit a supplemental essay of 500 words (max) on an issue of national security law or policy that is of interest to you. The deadline for consideration is February 7, 2020.
