Caelin is a 2L student and a member of Cohort 6 in the Business Law Scholars program. Her practice areas of interest include M&A, Capital Markets, and Finance. At Georgetown, Caelin is a Symposium Coordinator for the Georgetown Law Sports Entertainment & Media Society and a member of the Corporate & Financial Law Organization and the Women’s Legal Alliance. During her 1L summer, Caelin interned with the Corporate & Finance group at Major League Baseball. Next summer, she will return to New York City as a summer associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Background

Caelin is a proud Double Hoya! She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in Classical Languages: Greek and Latin and a minor in Business Administration. During undergrad, she was Chair of the Advisory Board for Club Sports, Treasurer for the Women’s Club Volleyball Team, and a Captain for New Student Orientation. She also worked as a Cornerstone Peer Mentor and a Research Assistant for Professors Alexander Sens and Charles McNelis. Before Georgetown Law, Caelin worked as a summer Document Clerk at Williams & Connolly in Washington, DC.

Beyond Law School

Caelin grew up in Ridgewood, NJ. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, going to the gym, and learning to play golf. She also loves Boston sports and exploring DC restaurants and coffee shops.
