Caelin Ivanov
Caelin Ivanov is a 2025 graduate and Member of Cohort 6 of the Business Law Scholars Program. She is currently an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
During law school, Caelin was a member of the Georgetown Law Sports Entertainment & Media Society, Corporate & Financial Law Organization, and the Women’s Legal Alliance. As a 1L, Caelin interned with the Corporate Finance group at Major League Baseball. During her 2L summer, Caelin was a summer associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in NYC. In addition to classes, Caelin spent her 3L year as a Legal & Business Affairs Intern with the Washington Commanders.
Caelin is a proud Double Hoya! She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in Classical Languages: Greek and Latin and a minor in Business Administration. During undergrad, she was Chair of the Advisory Board for Club Sports, Treasurer for the Women’s Club Volleyball Team, and a Captain for New Student Orientation. She also worked as a Cornerstone Peer Mentor and a Research Assistant for Professors Alexander Sens and Charles McNelis. Before Georgetown Law, Caelin worked as a summer Document Clerk at Williams & Connolly in Washington, DC.
Caelin grew up in Ridgewood, NJ. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, going to the gym, and learning to play golf. She also loves Boston sports and exploring DC restaurants and coffee shops.
