Christopher Kerrane

Chris Kerrane is a 2025 graduate and Member of Cohort 6 of the Business Law Scholars Program. He is an Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Pittsburgh, PA.
During law school, Chris was involved in the Corporate & Financial Law Organization as a Vice President and former 1L Delegate, and was also a Law Fellow for Section 2.
Chris graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a degree in Finance and a secondary concentration in Global Business. At Fordham, he was a Senior Editor for the Fordham Undergraduate Law Review, Co-Chair of the Operations Committee for the United Student Government, a Research Fellow for the Center for Community Engaged Learning, and a project leader for the Global Outreach program. He also worked for the University’s Department of Transportation for four years as a “Ram Van” driver.
During his 1L summer, Chris was a Legal Scholars intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He is currently a Research Assistant to Professor Yvonne Tew. During his 2L summer, he was a summer associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in the New York City office.
Chris is from New Hyde Park, NY. His interests include reading, comedy, listening to music and podcasts, binge-watching TV shows, and spending time with friends and family.
