Ethan Saber

Ethan Saber is a 2025 graduate and Member of Cohort 6 of the Business Law Scholars Program. He is currently an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York.
During law school, Ethan was a Senior Vice President of the Corporate and Financial Law Organization and spent his 2L fall externing at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance. During his 2L summer, he was a summer associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City.
Ethan graduated from the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a minor in Business Finance. He was a Lead Editor at the Journal of Law & Society where he prepared for publication a research paper on the rise of populism in Europe. He spent his 1L summer interning in the legal department of Extreme Networks, a cloud networking company, where he helped negotiate NDAs and monitor ESG disclosure requirements.
Ethan is from Raleigh, NC. He enjoys playing tennis and card games (Hearts, poker), watching soccer, and reading crime novels.
