Mark Fuselier-Lipnickey
Mark is a 3L at Georgetown Law and member of Cohort 3 of the Business Law Scholars. He is currently a Litigation Associate at Kirkland & Ellis in DC.
Mark was a senior notes editor on the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and the director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Division of Barrister’s Council. He represented Georgetown at the ABA Mediation Competition in 2022.
Prior to law school, Mark worked as an elementary school teacher in Bridgeport, Connecticut, teaching 4th and 2nd grade science and social studies. While at Georgetown, Mark has interned at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Whistleblower Office and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, and worked as a research assistant for the Georgetown Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure. During his 2L summer, he was a summer associate at Kirkland & Ellis.
Mark enjoys cooking with his wife, playing with his Bernese Mountain Dog, struggling to learn how to golf, and baking bread.
