Parker Mas
Parker is a 2L student and a member of Cohort 8 in the Business Law Scholars program. Practice areas of interest include corporate law, regulatory compliance, antitrust, tax, and international trade law. Long term, he plans on working in-house.
At Georgetown Law, Parker is involved as a member of OutLaw, Corporate and Financial Law Organization, and the Antitrust & Competition Law Association.
During his 1L summer, he interned with US Magistrate Judge Cheryl Pollak for the Eastern District of New York.
Background
Prior to law school, Parker was a Strategy and Operations Supervisor for McMaster-Carr Supply Co, a private American supplier of hardware, tools, raw materials, industrial materials, and maintenance equipment. He Led a team of 8 in the Export Operations Department, supervising customer service and sales operations functions for international business customers
Parker graduated cum laude from Harvard University, with a degree in Government and a Concentration in Data Science. During undergrad, he was a Research Assistant in the Harvard University Department of Government, a Director -General for Harvard Model United Nations China, and a Program Teacher for Harvard CIVICS Program. During his summers, he interned for the Office of Massachusetts Senator Eric Lesser, New York City Mayor’s Office of Data Analytics, and for the Blue Haven Initiative.
Beyond Law School
Parker is from Belchertown, MA. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his small dog, running and working out, and going to concerts/seeing live music.
