Democracy and the Rule of Law Under Pressure
The McCourt School of Public Policy and the Georgetown University Law Center invite you to Democracy and the Rule of Law Under Pressure, a one-day symposium that will bring together leading scholars and policy practitioners concerned about the erosion of democracy and the rule of law after a year of decisive elections.
This event will take place on Friday, February 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET at 125 E Street NW, and include a keynote address by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, four panel discussions among experts, and a concluding dialogue between Anne Applebaum of Johns Hopkins University and Daniel Ziblatt of Harvard University.
