The Role of Lawyers in a Democracy in Crisis
The Samuel Dash Conference on Human Rights is an annual gathering hosted by the Human Rights Institute at Georgetown Law. It was established by Professor Dash’s family and friends, Georgetown Law alumni, and the law firm of Cozen O’Connor following Professor Dash’s passing in 2004. The conference honors Professor Dash’s contributions to international and domestic human rights and his tireless efforts to promote justice around the world.
All students, faculty, staff, and the general public are welcome to attend. Visit the Human Rights Institute’s webpage to see a full schedule of the day’s panels and speakers
