Andrés Constantin is an Associate of the Healthy Families Initiative at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, Georgetown University Law Center. Professor Constantin holds an Abogado (JD equivalent) degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and an LL.M. in Global Health Law (Dean’s List; With Distinction) with a Certificate in International Human Rights Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Professor Constantin worked for the Americas Division of Human Rights Watch on the human rights’ situation in Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador and Honduras. He has lectured on Public International Law, Political Philosophy, Constitutional Law, and Health and Human Rights in various law schools and conducted research on a range of topics relating to the intersection of health and human rights.
