Andrés Constantin is the Assistant Director of Health Law Programs at the O’Neill Institute and an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University.
He specializes in health and human rights and currently works on a diverse set of legal and policy issues relating to health. Professor Constantin is also a Senior New Voices Fellow with the Aspen Institute.
In 2022, Professor Constantin completed his doctoral studies (S.J.D.) at Georgetown University Law Center. He holds an abogado (J.D. equivalent) degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and an LL.M. in global health law from Georgetown University, where he made the dean’s list with distinction. He also holds a certificate in international human rights law from Georgetown University.
