Professor Eisenberg is a partner at Jones Day in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Jones Day he was a partner in the Washington national Tax Office of KPMG LLP and prior to joining KPMG, he was an Attorney-Advisor for the Office of the Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate) of the Internal Revenue Service. Professor Eisenberg has also served as an adjunct professor at American University where he taught Corporate Taxation at the Kogod School of Business from 1993 to 2001.
