Professor Archampong-Gray works in the Foreign Payments Practice of the Large Business and International division of the Internal Revenue Service. She practices in international taxation, under Chapters 3 and 4 of the Code including Tax Treaties and Intergovernmental Agreements. Immediately prior to that, she was Senior Tax Manager in GE Capital and before that in the National Office of a Big Four Accounting Firm. She obtained a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Taxation LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with Distinction. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She is a member of the Connecticut and District of Columbia Bars and the American Bar Association as well as the Junior League of Northern Virginia.
