Professor Rimmke is an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Tax Policy. Prior to this role, Professor Rimmke worked for EY’s National Tax Department where he specialized in the taxation of partnerships and limited liability companies. Professor Rimmke began his career as an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in their Passthroughs and Special Industries Division.
