Caitlin M. Orr focuses her legal practice on private client matters. She advises clients on all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning, including analyzing estate and gift taxation matters, counseling individuals and their families with regards to their wealth management and estate planning needs, preparing wills and trust agreements, probating estates, and advising fiduciaries in connection with administration and investment of estate and trust assets. Caitlin also has experience preparing gift and estate tax returns, and helping clients minimize gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes through life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts and annual exclusion gifting.
