Celeste Boeri Pozo is Lead Counsel at the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest), a member of the Inter-American Development Bank Group, headquartered in Washington DC where she works on various forms of secured and structured debt and equity financings in Latin American and the Caribbean for funds, financial institutions and corporate borrowers, including also capital markets issuances and trade related financings. Mrs. Pozo is vice-chair of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the American Bar Association Business Law Section. Mrs. Pozo received her J.D. degree from the University of Chicago, and an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Florida International University. Mrs. Pozo is a member of the Bar in New York and Florida.
