Daniel Hougendobler graduated from Emory University with a JD and MPH in 2012. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with an LL.M in Global Health Law in 2013. From 2013-2016 he worked at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law as Law Fellow and Institute Associate. Since 2016 he has worked as Technical Officer (legal) for the World Health Organization’s Pandemic Influenza Preparedness Framework Secretariat.
