Dietrich King is an attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He helps oversee and coordinate the review process of IPOs and other filings. Among other positions, Mr. King previously served as a Senior Special Counsel to the Director, the Assistant Director of the Office of Financial Services and the Legal Branch Chief of the Office of Consumer Products, all in the Division of Corporation Finance. He has also practiced corporate and securities law in private practice. Mr. King earned a B.A. from Grinnell College and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
