Miguel Noyola is a retired partner of Baker & McKenzie where practiced in the Chicago, Mexico City, and Washington, DC offices. After earning his Mexican law degree from Universidad LaSalle/UNAM in Mexico City in 1982, he earned a Master of Laws in 1984 and a Juris Doctor in 1986 from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Noyola is licensed to practice in Mexico and the District of Columbia. For more than 38 years, he worked in the areas of foreign investment, tax and international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, particularly with respect to Mexico. For many years, he has advised on and coordinated the legal aspects of many U.S./Mexico and Latin American cross-border transactions.
