Frank Walsh currently serves at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as the Associate General Counsel, Ethics and the Alternate Designated Agency Ethics Official (“ADAEO”). Prior to joining the CFTC, Frank worked at the U.S. Agency for International Development (“USAID”) as the Deputy Assistant General Counsel, Ethics and Administration and the ADAEO. He also serves as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he is currently assigned as the Team Chief for Southern Virginia with the 151st Legal Operations Detachment. Prior to that position, he served as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for Special Operations Command – South, the Team Chief for the Standards of Conduct Office Reserve Support Team, the Team Chief for the CENTCOM Reserve Support Team, and as a Defense Counsel.
