Jake Chervinsky is General Counsel for Compound Labs, Inc., a financial technology company building a decentralized protocol for autonomous interest rate markets on the Ethereum blockchain. Before joining Compound, Jake represented individual and corporate clients in cryptocurrency-related securities litigation and government enforcement defense matters at Kobre & Kim LLP. Jake began his legal career with Baker McKenzie LLP, where he focused on anti-corruption and anti-money laundering compliance and investigations. Jake also clerked for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
