Professor Bulen is an attorney and internist practicing at Sibley Memorial Hospital/Johns Hopkins Medicine in Washington, D.C. Prior to attending medical school, Professor Bulen was Of Counsel to Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access, an organization of disproportionate share hospitals and health systems that participate in the Public Health Service 340B drug discount program.
