Jared Odessky is an attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, in the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch, where he defends the Board’s unfair-labor-practice decisions in the federal courts of appeals. Prior to joining the Board, he was a Skadden Fellow at Legal Aid at Work, representing low-wage workers in a variety of civil rights and wage-and-hour cases.

Jared graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and summa cum laude from Columbia University. Before law school, he was a union organizer.
