Jennifer López is a Legal Branch Chief in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. López helps oversee and coordinate the review process of IPOs and other filings. Ms. López previously served as an attorney in the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions in the Division of Corporation Finance. Ms. López is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining the SEC, served as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Professor López earned a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico, and her LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
