Professor Barrie is Partner of McLaughlin & Stern, LLP and Co-Chair of Tax Practice Group. He is the former Attorney-Advisor to the Honorable Leo H. Irvin of the U.S. Tax Court. Professor Barrie has chaired several committees on tax issues of the ABA and is a member of tax sections of state bars and bar associations in California, Missouri, New York and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Taxation and is a past vice-chair to the section.
