Jonathan Diaz has been a member of the Voting Rights team at Campaign Legal Center (CLC) since 2018. As Director of Voting Advocacy and Partnerships, his work focuses on advocating for laws and policies that expand the freedom to vote for all Americans, litigating voting rights and election cases across the country, and and coordinating CLC’s relationships with national, state, and local partners. Professor Diaz also co-leads CLC’s work on combatting election sabotage and manipulation, and frequently provides media comment on voting and election issues, including as a CNN Election Law Analyst in the 2020 election cycle.

Prior to joining CLC, Professor Diaz was a litigation associate at Jenner & Block LLP. He received his B.B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Miami, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
