Joshua Rabon is an associate at Skadden where he advises a wide range of clients on international tax matters arising in cross-border restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. His practice particularly focuses on issues involving foreign tax credits, subpart F/GILTI, and reorganizations. He also frequently advises clients about legislative and regulatory proposals related to international tax.
Before joining Skadden, he was an attorney-advisor in the IRS Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International), where he served as the principal drafter of several regulations.
